  • Transit Times: After leaving our warehouse in Sheridan, Wyoming, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days for domestic orders within the USA.
  • Tracking Updates: It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to update the tracking status after you receive your shipping notification. If it shows “Status Unavailable,” please check back the next day.
  • Multiple Items: If you ordered multiple appliances (e.g., a washing machine and a coffee maker), they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
