International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the USA.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To ensure consistency and trust, we follow these strict timelines:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST – Mountain Standard Time)

Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Delivery Terms

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors like weather or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see real-time updates. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@texxla.com with photos of the package. For lost shipments, we will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
